SPOKANE, Washington - The Spokane IFL franchise has signed rookie wide receiver Alex Wheat Jr. to their 2016 IFL roster. Wheat (WR, 6-5, 220, Coast Carolina) joins Spokane for his rookie season as a member of the IFL.
