Mavericks Celebrate 50 Seasons of Hockey History in Kansas City

INDEPENDENCE, MO - The Missouri Mavericks will be wearing specialty "throwback" jerseys during their home game on Saturday, Dec. 5 to celebrate 50 seasons of hockey history in Kansas City. The jerseys, modeled after the Kansas City Greyhounds (1933-1940), will be auctioned-off in a live auction directly following the game on Saturday.
