Hulett to Return to Spokane for 10th Season

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Texas Rangers have announced the 2016 field staffs for their minor league affiliates, including the return of manager Tim Hulett for his tenth consecutive season. Ed Yong will also be returning as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for his eighth season.
