PORTLAND - The Portland Thunder have acquired rookie defensive back Qua Cox, head coach Andy Olson announced Tuesday afternoon. Cox (6-0, 185, Jackson State) will enter his first season of AFL play with the Thunder in 2016, bringing previous NFL experience to Portland.
