Monarchs Sign Matt Harlow

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach, Rich Seeley, announced today the signing of Matt Harlow. Harlow, 23, played in six games with the Elmira Jackals (ECHL) this season, recording one assist. Last season, Harlow played in 12 games for Elmira, scoring four points on one goal and three assists.
